Trends in education are changing in today’s technical society. The holistic development of a child is our highest priority. In order to achieve this, the teaching learning process is designed to meet the needs of each student so that each one receives education in his/ her receptive form. We aim at providing secure, nurturing, motivating and safe environment. Our creative band of teachers, polish the holistic skills of the students. We work to brighten every part of a child’s personality. At Vinayam,” Innovation in Teaching and Learning” is the key phrase. We believe in learning by doing as said by ‘Benjamin Franklin –

“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.”

It is very important for us to make the school a place where a child is happy. We create a safe and structured environment. Our school encourages individual differences, hence, set challenging goals accordingly.

Our philosophy of imparting education depends upon the thought that is “Education beyond books”. The character building of our institution depends upon the careful attention of the tiny tots, safety of children especially the girl child and discipline we provide unlimited learning opportunities and varied ways & means of teaching / learning methods. We prepare our students to face the upcoming revolutionary future. At Vinayam, the classrooms are spacious and fully equipped with all modern facilities like smart classes with digital boards, etc. The design of our classroom is such that it provides ease and simultaneously stimulates learning. The infra-structure is also in accordance with the age group studying in those classes i.e. the size, type and color. Scheme charges with change in the height, weight and age group of the students. The trained teachers are further trained to correct better with the students. Accepting the fast-changing techniques and social media correction me also connect all our parents through WhatsApp and text messages as all our teachers are teach-savvy.

The medium of instruction will be bi-lingual to reach every Childs mind. Our motive is to make the child understand what is taught. Speaking English is always appreciated as it is a universal language. Other languages as Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu, French, etc. have equal importance. Sparkling spacious corridors come alive with the spark of creativity of our staff and students. The igniting minds of our staff students can be seen in language labs, Mathematics lab, Science lab, Social Science lab and Art lab. The library is enriched with e- books and all kinds of story books, encyclopedias, novels, magazines, educational journals and dictionaries.

The security of our students is of prime importance to us. All our buses have been equipped with the latest GPS systems and video cameras. They are tested and fit according to the specified guidelines given by the Honourable Supreme Court. The School corridors and free and open areas in the School are also under CCTV surveillance to record every activity. We will strive to think critically and creatively to provide quality education to all students through teamwork and cooperation. Our students, staff and parents come together as a community.
